The Traveller - Poland
I have to admit I haven't travelled as much as I would like to. Its always been down to timing and I guess some drive too.
Last summer I managed to get my arse over to Poland to visit my brother and his wife who were staying in a lovely town called Toruń. Armed with one camera and one lens, I knew I had to go out spend some alone time and capture the culture around me. Thankfully the light and colour was to my advantage and I strolled through the many streets at a snails pace seeing and consuming the colour and culture.
As you can gather I shoot pretty much in black and white but when the time, space and light are right I revert to colour. I believe travel photography to me encompasses portrait, architecture, street and documentary photography into one.
